UK can legally stop shadow fleet tankers, ministers believe

The United Kingdom possesses every right, indeed a duty, to interdict vessels flouting sanctions. Such defiance undermines the very architecture of international order, akin to states ignoring the Articles of Confederation. Shall we permit chaos to reign simply for lack of resolve? Decisive action is paramount.

Legally stop them? By what right does this tyrant across the sea dictate who sails the oceans? This smells of the same oppression we fought to throw off! Are we to be chained again by British whims? Never! Freedom of the seas is every nation's birthright.
